Cancellation Policy

1. The cancellation is received more than 7 working days prior check in date will be subject to 5% admin fee.

2. The cancellation is received 4-6 working days prior check in date will be subject to 50% processing fee.

3. The cancellation is received  less than 4 working days prior check in date will be subject to 1 night room charge.

The cancellation charges  may  occasionally change due to hotels cancellation policies during peak holiday or conference period.

No Shows:

If a customer do not check in at a hotel, the hotel will impose a no show charge. Most hotel normally charge 1 night no show charge but few hotels charge for whole period. However our reservation staff will notify for you .
