Reservation
1.How do I reserve my room ?
- Making a reservation with us is very simple process, just complete details
of arrival and departure date, hotel name, your information and send us the
reservation form with given us your email address and valid of credit card.
Once we receive your confirmation, we will contact you within 24-48 hours.

2. If my requested hotel is not available?
- You will be notified by email (within 24 to 48 hours) after placing your requested
and you will not be charged.

3. What is the latest time that i can make a reservation?
- We can garantee the booking that made at least 2 working days
 (not including sundays and public holidays) before the check-in date.

4.Can I specify my room preference?
- If special requests are accepted and selection will appear on the reservation form
to insert a requests, we will submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will
do their best to accommodate special requested for you. We cannot garantee
because they depend on the hotel availability.

Confirm a Reservation
5. What happen when I make a reservation?
- Reservation request will show your booking status, all reservation will be
followed up within a few hours with email to confirm or suggest you alternative
hotels if your hotel request has been full.

6. When I made my reservation, will I receive a written confirmation from the hotel?
- We will send you by email for confirmation voucher from athotelthailand.com,
include Booking number, Date and details of your reservation,
and the hotel's cancellation policy.

7. How long does it take to get hotel confirmation?
- You can get a hotel confirmation voucher within 24 to 48 hours
 (except during festival period or weekends). It may take a few hours to confirm from the hotel.

Cancelling a reservation
8. What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservation?
- We do not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed.
The cancellation policy applies to all confirm boooking as follows:

- More than 7 days preceding your check in date; charge 15 USD for bangking fee
plus administration fee.
- 7 days-2days preceding your check in date; charge 1 night room charge.
- 2-0 days preceding your check in date; charge full booking amount.

If your booking was for only 1 night then full amount will be charged.
Any amendment will be charged for 10% of the difference,
in case the new amount is lower.

some hotels have policies that are not the same as above and
therefore it is in your interest to pay very careful attention to any information
we pass to you about this matter.
Note All room charge amount to be calcurated to Thai Baht.

Extendsion and shortening your stay
In case, you do need to extend your booking after arrival, kindly contact
our reservation officer, due to the hotel will not offer you these discount rates.
(Hotel will charge you full as walk-in rates).


9. How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
- After you have cancelled a booking you will receive an email to confirm
your cancellation by us.

10. My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted why?
-  Your card type is not accepted by the hotel.
- There is a computer error.
- You have reached your credit limit.
- The card expiration date precedes the reservaiton date.

11. Is there any fee using our reservation online service?
- There is no fee to use our service for making reservation.

12. What are the different room categories?
- There are main four different room categories provided;
Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Executive

Single room
Single room is designed to accommodate for one person.
The room consist of one single bed or twin bed.

Double room
Double room is designed to accommodate for two person.
The room consist of one queen bed or twin bed or king size bed.

Triple room
Triple room is designed to accommodate for three person.
The room consist of one queen bed and one single bed or three single beds.

Quad room
Quad room is designed to accommodate for four person.
The room consist of two queen beds or one queen and two single beds or four single beds.

when making your reservation request form, please specify the number
of person in your party.
Note that all kinds of room category are on request and depending on room availability.

13. What are the check in and check out time?
- Normally check in time is 2:00 pm (14:00hrs) and check out time before noon (12:00 hrs)

14. How much is charged for children staying with parent?
- Normally children under12 years old can share in their parent's room
using the existing bed for free of charge. The children more than 12 years old
to be considered an adult by the hotel policy that they will charge both
for room and breakfast.
The child supplements will apply to children between the ages 2-12 years.
If the child age is not specified at the time of booking,
we will charge for three adults if this information does not supplies.

15. How safe are my credit card details?
- Your credit card information is sent through our secure server.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology with 64 bit data encryption for
transmission of the transaction information.

We accept Visa and Master card, credit cards are preferred method of payment
because we quickly verify your payment information and send your booking request
